Exchange and return

This is what you do if something needs to be exchanged or returned.

Should it be replaced?
If you have something to exchange, please send us an email (havnekontoret@hjemhavn.dk)
1) Enter your order number.
2) Which goods need to be exchanged.
3) What you want to exchange for.
You will then receive an email with a Return QR code, which you must show when you bring the package to your local parcel shop.

Returns & Refunds
If you want to return something, you can use our returns portal. Click here!
The price is 49,- When we receive your returned item, we will refund the amount to the card used to purchase the item. Please note that it may take 3-5 days before the money is in your account.
Custom-designed products with your own name/text can only be returned in the event of errors, shortages or defects.

Exchange and return in the store in Herning
If you live on the Jutland moors, you can stop by our store in Herning.
We are open on Thursdays, January 9 - 16 - 23 and 30 from 12:00 to 18:00
