OUR HOMEPORT
In the past, the sea was our faithful friend in a busy everyday life. And the sea never failed us when we needed fresh air and new energy.
THE FISHING BOAT
The idea for Hjemhavn arose on the beach in Vorupør on a cold winter day in 2016. Right there by the coastal fishermen's iconic light blue boats. Posters inspired by the sea and the cutter poster was the first.
THE GARAGE
We started with posters, later enamel mugs and t-shirts followed. Our garage was converted into a “port office” with production, storage and shipping.
In 2021 we moved from home and got warehouse and production premises in Herning.
HAND PRINTED
In our workshop we hand print with screen printing or the old-fashioned way with woodblock printing. We print to order, thus minimizing overproduction and waste.

In addition to our own products, we love finding cool, fun and quirky things from other designers and brands that fit into our harbor environment. You can find it all on the webshop and in our store.
SHOP
In connection with our warehouse in Herning, we have also created a shop. It is open (almost) every Thursday from 12:00 - 18:00. Here you will find all our products + a warehouse sale with samples etc.

VISION HIGH FIVE
Our vision is to keep things small. The staff should be able to be counted on one hand, so there will always be time to visit our best friend and colleague... the sea.
