Should it be replaced?
If you have something to exchange, please send us an email (havnekontoret@hjemhavn.dk)
1) Enter your order number.
2) Which goods need to be exchanged.
3) What you want to exchange for.
You will then receive an email with a Return QR code, which you must show when you bring the package to your local parcel shop.

Returns & Refunds
If you want to return something, you can use our returns portal. Click here!
The price is 49,- When we receive your returned item, we will refund the amount to the card used to purchase the item. Please note that it may take 3-5 days before the money is in your account.
Custom-designed products with your own name/text can only be returned in the event of errors, shortages or defects.

The return period is calculated from the date the item is received or first delivered. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Pick-up in Herning
If you live in the Jutland moors, you can pick up your order in Herning and save on shipping. You can pick up web orders Monday - Wednesday between 2 - 4:30 p.m.
and Thursday from 12:00 - 18:00. (Click on "Pick up in store" when you order and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup)
